Mining Potential In Africa

In Nigeria, mining is yet to reach the heights and production levels as experienced in other Africa countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe or Botswana to mention a few. The overdependence on Crude Oil production as the mainstay of the economy is still a debilitating factor influencing government policies and investment drives into the more traditional sectors of the economy compared to the ’emerging’ ones such as mining.
